The Laica bookshelf is the very first product made by Zerogloss, designed by Francesco Innocenti. Boasting an entirely handmade production that highly stresses use of only the highest quality materials and pieces, they are certainly not the first company to say such things :). Like many things that catch my eye, the Laica is a simple piece that demands attention, its odd that such a bold design is intended to hold books. The Laica is finished in a glossy lacquer or soft-touch effect, and through my research, soft-touch is the process of anti-glaring, so you choose if you want glossy or not. Available in six colors to fit any color scheme in your home, white, black, red, savanna (yellow green), ocean (indigo), and turquoise.
